PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment of full fee or co-pay (if using health insurance) is due at time of service. I currently accept credit cards, debit cards and cash payments.

INSURANCE

I am able to bill some insurance plans directly. It is important for potential clients to understand the limitations on confidentiality if you choose to use insurance benefits. For your information, I am currently able to submit direct billing to the following insurance plans:

• Meridian
• McLaren
• Molina
• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan

I am adding new insurance plans regularly. if your insurance plan is not listed feel free to contact me to check on my ability to bill your insurer. Additionally, I am able to provide you with a “Super Bill” for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please feel free to contact me to inquire.
