Brainspotting is a gentle, effective therapy that helps you process and release trauma, stress, and emotional pain stored deep in your brain and body. It works by using the connection between where you look and how you feel — helping your brain find the “spot” where the pain is held so healing can begin.
In a session, your therapist will guide you to focus your eyes in a specific direction while staying present with thoughts, emotions, or body sensations. This allows your brain to process experiences that may feel stuck, even if you can’t fully explain them in words.
Many people find Brainspotting helpful for:
-
Healing from trauma or PTSD
-
Reducing anxiety, overwhelm, or panic
-
Easing physical tension or chronic stress
-
Moving through grief, loss, or emotional blocks
-
Improving focus, creativity, or performance
Brainspotting is especially supportive if traditional talk therapy feels too overwhelming or if you're ready to go deeper into healing — at your own pace, with your therapist by your side.
